One of Ireland’s most innovative production companies specialising in subversive dark genre stories that capture the lives of those living on the margins of society. TW FILMS are currently developing a slate of dark brooding genre films including HEATHER a psychological horror set in Northern Ireland, THE CALLING a supernatural thriller about a child disappearance, DARK SOIL, a suspenseful period drama set in 1980’s Ireland, BRUTE a horror film about domestic violence and SALVATION a psychological horror about an Irish Emigrant in Europe.

The company comprises of Producer Anna O’Malley whose background is in high end television drama such as PENNY DREADFUL and VIKINGS. Producer Eamonn Cleary, with a background in both production and post production as an Editor, Hazel Cullen with over 10 years’ experience in the commercial industry and Director/Producer Brian Deane whose work has screened all over the world, winning 28 awards, 35 nominations as well as being long listed for the live action short film award at the 2015 Academy Awards with VOLKSWAGEN JOE.

The company has just finished work on She’s Missing directed by Alexandra McGuinness and starring Eiza González (Battle Alta, Baby Driver, From Dusk Till Dawn), Lucy Fry (Bright, 11.22.63, Wolf Creek) Christian Camargo (The Hurt Locker, Twilight and Dexter) and Josh Hartnett (Pearl Harbour, 30 days of night, Lucky Number Slevin). The film received a theatrical release in America in December 2019 and is currently available on VOD on a number of platforms.
